How it works
Follow the steps and join a great network of healthcare professionals.
- 1Register
Fill in the registration form to create an account on the platform.
- 2Activate/Login
Activate your account and log in to access the user dashboard.
- 3Navigate
Navigate to the Community section and click HCPs Connect to join the connect space.
- 4Connect
Connect with other healthcare professionals. Follow and chat in the space.

What is HCP Connect?
HCP Connect is a social service provided by Daktari Online to enable healthcare professionals to connect with each other and follow discussions while learning on the platform.
How does it work?
To connect with other users in the Daktari Online connect space, log in to the platform and navigate to Community > HCPs Connect.
Search profiles for the user you want to connect with, follow them and send a connect request.
Once the connect request is accepted, you can interact via chat and follow the account activity of your connection.
Can I disconnect or unfollow another account?
Yes. The platform offers an option to follow/unfollow and connect/disconnect from another account.
What happens when I unfollow or disconnect an account?
Once you unfollow an account, you will no longer get notifications on topics shared or contributions to discussions by that user.
Once you disconnect an account, you won't be able to interact with that user via chat.
Can I re-connect with a disconnected account?
Upon disconnecting or unfollowing an account, an option to connect/follow is provided. To connect again you will have to send a new connect request, and the other user must accept it.
