Pediatric Emergency CME Series

Paedriatic emergencies are serious conditions that threatens the life of an infant and children and requires immediate medical attention to save the children.Deaths in hospitals occurs within 24hours of admission and most of them can be prevented if the sick children are identified as soon after arrival in the health facility and treatment started immediately.This series fulfils the gap of knowledge of basic emergencies  upon completion of this series.the learners will have current updates of DKA management in children,indications and management of children on oxygen therapy, steps of neonatal resuscitation and updates on classification and management of shock in children.The CMEs is dedicated to empower and improve on the clinical practices for nurses and the healthcare workforce as they serve and support and deliver their care to the children
