Palliative Care CME Training

Palliative care improves the quality of life of patients and that of their families who are facing challenges associated with life-threatening illnesses such as heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and many others, whether physical, psychological, social or spiritual. The quality of life of caregivers improves as well. This CME series is a case-based webinar series dedicated to strengthen and improve the clinical knowledge and skills of primary care practitioners as they serve, support, and deliver care to patients living with serious illness and their families. The series includes lecture presentations with examples of clinical scenarios that cover an array of different topics.
